Buying A Home You'll Love
The decision to buy a home is an exciting time and every home buyer's journey is a little bit different.
One thing that is similar in each purchase is the amount of moving parts to manage the successful purchase of your new home.
Working together, I'll guide you through the entire process to make purchasing your new home fun, simple, and easy with no wasted time.
Step 1:
We'll meet to discuss what your dream home and preferred location look like. Once we establish a simple list of criteria for your dream home we'll hit the ground running and your search will begin.
Step 2:
We'll both utilize a robust toolbox of technology and resources to search for properties you'll love. In addition to properties currently listed in our local MLS and online, I'll also look for homes that may be expired listings not currently for sale but open to accepting offers, I'll reach out to my network of sellers that are considering selling their house but not currently on the market, and I'll thoroughly search other opportunities within our local MLS and our brokerage.
Step 3:
As your search progresses we'll create a hot list of homes you like. We'll go on tours of the homes you selected and that meet the criteria we discussed. We'll make notes about the houses you like and why, we'll also note the houses you're not completely in love with and why.
Step 4:
Once you find a home you love, I'll conduct extensive research and utilize my expertise to work with you to determine a fair offer for the property based on current market information. I'll write the purchase offer for you and submit it to the person representing the house for sale. I'll also work with you to negotiate the best terms for the property so you can purchase your new home at a price and timeline you're happy with. I'll work to keep as much money in your pocket as possible and streamline the negotiation process to keep it simple and stress free.
Step 5:
As soon as your offer is accepted, I'll work with you to navigate all the processes of: inspecting the condition of your potential purchase, collecting property documentation you'd like to review, solidifying financing opportunities, providing resources to help with your inspections and due diligence, and communicating with the title company to move toward a successful and simple closing.
